This year marks LD Human Resources’ 5th Year Anniversary, and we could not be more excited to celebrate this important milestone. In 2017, Luisa De Jesus founded LDHR with the goal of providing small to mid sized businesses with customized HR solutions. She recognized a need for employers and leaders to prioritize their people - their most important asset. After all, we achieve results through our people who set us apart from our competition and drive our organization’s objectives. 

Today, LDHR is proud to have helped many clients and employees in a wide variety of industries navigate the ever-changing complexities of HR. Prioritizing transparent and high-quality customer service to our clients is a large part of the reason LDHR has achieved such growth since the very start. This is a part of our core values that will never change. 

We are also fortunate to have welcomed many new faces to our team. We are proud to know that our people effectively deliver high-impact HR support and solutions, and have been invaluable to the success of our company and clients. 

In honour of our growth as an organization, we’re excited to announce the reveal of our brand new logo. The modern design represents the evolution of LD Human Resources as we continue to adapt to better support our clients during these rapidly changing business climates. The last 5 years have brought ups and downs, and we’re proud to have reached this mark knowing that we’ve prioritized and supported our clients every step of the way. We could not have done it without the support of our friends, family and wonderful clients. 

So, where are we now? Well, we’re no longer a “start-up,” that is for sure! Our proven business model, excellent team and awesome clients are all part of the reason that we are here to stay. Our hope for the coming years is to welcome new clients from varying industries and create even tighter relationships with our existing ones! We want to continue to serve, offer better solutions and continue to grow as an organization. We believe that adapting our approach to our ever-changing business world is key to success. So that is exactly what we plan to do.
